Custom Design Order Deposit

Congratulations, thanks for choosing Bad Mama Jama LLC for your custom order! All custom orders have a non-refundable deposit requirement that must be paid in full before your order is processed. This payment will place your order in a processing status! 

Please note: Failure to pay your deposit in a timely manner will delay processing of your order.

Content Creation

All custom orders are automatically opted out for content creation. 

There is a $5 discount for opting in to allowing content creation. Content creation can happen anytime 30 days after your order is fulfilled. If you would like to specify a particular timeframe for content creation, please let me know during this stage. 

Design Lock

All custom orders include a design lock feature. There is no additional charge for this. 

Once your order is fulfilled, the design is discarded along with any images you may have submitted. If you’d like access to your design after it is fulfilled, please indicate so during this stage.

Rush Order Fee 

If your custom order needs to be rushed before your initial fulfillment date, a rush order fee will apply towards your order.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order during the processing stages which occurs immediately after paying your deposit, the deposit and rush order fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. However, the design lock for your items will still be honored.
