Custom Design Order Deposit

Congratulations, thanks for choosing Bad Mama Jama LLC for your custom order! All custom orders have a non-refundable deposit requirement that must be paid in full before your order is processed. This payment will place your order in a processing status! 

Please note: Failure to pay your deposit in a timely manner will delay processing of your order.

Content Creation

All custom orders are automatically opted in for content creation that can occur anytime during or after your purchase. By remaining in an opt-in status, the deposit for your item already includes a $5 discount for allowing content creation. If you are opted in but you would like a specific date, it must be within 30 days of your order fulfillment date.

If you would like to opt-out of content creation, it must be selected during this stage of your order. There is an additional $5 non-refundable NO CONTENT charge included in the deposit option for your item. Please select the NO CONTENT option to be charged the $5 fee for your item. If you have not paid for this feature, content creation will be applied. 

Design Lock

All custom designs do not include a design lock feature. Want to ensure your design will not be used again? Chose the design lock option, which is an additional, non-refundable $10 charge. 

Rush Order Fee 

If your custom order needs to be rushed before your initial fulfillment date, a rush order fee will apply towards your order.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order during the processing stages which occurs immediately after paying your deposit, the deposit, design lock, rush order and NO CONTENT fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. However, the design lock for your items will still be honored.
