Custom Design Consultation

Thanks for your interest in BMJ! Wanting a new custom design that is not featured in my online catalog? Please make sure we have briefly discussed your consultation before proceeding with this payment. 

Plan ahead! You will need to know your exact fulfillment date during your consultation. The $20 custom design consultation is to discuss your potential order to decide if my talents and services are a good fit for your desires and to provide a quote. Quotes will be provided within 24-48 hours after your consultation. 

Question #1: When will you need your custom order fulfilled? 

You must allot 1-3 months for the full custom order process, after your consultation is completed depending on the item/design for your custom order. Consultation sessions can range from 15-30 minutes. 

The consultation fee is a non-refundable one-time charge that only applies to one potential order. The consultation fee must be paid in full before a design consult begins.

Cancel/No-Show & Reschedules

You are able to reschedule your consultation one time per order without forfeiting your consultation fee. If I have to reschedule your consultation slot, you will receive a $5 credit. If you have to cancel your consultation, your consultation fee will not be refunded. If you are a no show for your consultation, it is treated like a cancellation, and your consultation fee will not be refunded. 

Rush Order Fees: 

If your custom order needs to be rushed before your initial fulfillment date, rush order fees will apply towards your order.

If you decide against proceeding with your order after completing a consultation, the consultation fee will not be reimbursed. If you fulfill your order, the consultation fee will be subtracted from your total.
